  5. Fill out your shipping and payment information, then click "Place Order".

We begin processing orders immediately after they're placed, so we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change or cancel your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

  • All the shipments are fulfilled by Kerry Express Internationally and USPS domestically.
  • Charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the order page during checkout.
  • All orders shipping within the U.S. will use 7 to 12 days of standard shipping. Please contact us if you require faster shipping.
  • All orders shipping outside the U.S. will have varying ship delivery times (not to exceed 15 business days).
  • If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Returns

  • If you are not 100% satisfied, we’ll be happy to return or exchange your item, subject to the terms and conditions of
    this return policy. You may return or exchange the item within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund less the cost of the return shipping (ranging from $16 - $40 depending on insurance cost for the returned product in the USA. Shipping costs for non-USA orders will vary). We value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.
  • All returned items must be in their complete, unused and original condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Pending refunds on returned items must show no signs of use, wear, or abuse.
  • If the returned product does not meet the above requirements or multiple refunds and/or exchanges have been processed to the same person, entities, or controlling interests; we may exercise our right to refuse your return or exchange, and can not guarantee that we will
    send the non-returnable/non-refundable product back to you. Refunds are made for product purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling costs.
  • Customize products, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Yes, we're happy to exchange items for a different size or color as long as the item is still in its original condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
